Madhu Kudapa has over 25 years’ experience in SAP. He is an experienced project manager and ERP specialist who has spent over a decade implementing ERP solutions for multiple Fortune 100 firms. Before joining Ayan Tech, Madhu was a Senior Project Manager for Ernst & Young LLP. He graduated from Pune University with a degree in Finance and a degree in Business Administration.

Dr. A Ramakrishna was a distinguished personality who held the positions of President and Deputy Managing Director at Larsen & Toubro, one of the world’s largest engineering
companies. He was instrumental in bringing together the team at Ayan Tech Solutions, a company he co-founded. Dr. Ramakrishna was a globally recognized figure, particularly in the construction industry, and was posthumously awarded the prestigious Padma Bhushan
by the President of India.
Philip Varghese is currently serving as a Director at International Infrastructure Consultants (IIC) and as an advisor at Ayan Tech Solutions. He has worked earlier as a Vice President in Dresdner Kleinwort’s (DrK) Asia Corporate Finance team. Prior to joining DrK, Philip worked as a Senior Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant
Rajasekar Anumolu is a professional lawyer who has held senior investment banking
positions in the Singapore and Frankfurt offices of Dresdner Kleinwort. He has over 16 years
of experience advising on transactions in various industry sectors like Power and Utilities, Oil & Gas, and Transportation. He holds a Master in Law degree from the University of
Tuebingen, Germany, and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Madras, India.
Avnish Mohan is a seasoned IT professional with vast global experience in ERP consulting in
domains such as OTC, SCM, ALE, and EAI. With his background in sales and marketing, he
transitioned to central planning and PPIC simplifications, ERP system implementations, and process optimizations. With extensive hands-on experience, Avnish brings synergy through IT enablement of business functions, standardization, process simplification, and systems. He has worked in India, the EU, and the US.
Mohan is an experienced healthcare executive with a background in mechanical engineering
and a transition to IT in 1993. He has extensive experience in healthcare Information
Technology and has worked for Fortune 500 corporations such as IBM, Duke Energy,
Dassault Systems, and high-growth startups. In 2003, Korrapati founded Agastha Inc, which has been an early pioneer of silo-free Enterprise Healthcare Software, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), and Patient Portals/Kiosks.
